Growing up in the Bronx, New York, and later in Orlando, Florida, Mike Singh has come to understand the unique legal challenges clients face. As a proud Guyanese-American, he values family, resilience, and hard work.
Mike’s legal passion ignited at 17 while working in law firms. Throughout college, he gained experience in various law fields in Orlando and New York, fueling the ambition to own a practice. After receiving a Political Science degree from the University of Central Florida, Mike furthered his dream by obtaining a law degree from Barry University School of Law. Specializing in auto accident litigation, Mike found satisfaction in aiding clients to get their rightful compensation.
However, the desire to run his own practice remained. In February 2020, Mike started his practice and quickly began serving his own clients. Kraken Law Group now handles a broad range of cases, focusing on auto accident litigation, wrongful death, and more. The firm’s success stems from a commitment to justice, professionalism, and personalized service. Mike’s litigation style is tactical, aggressive, and relentless. These strategies have resulted in winning millions of dollars for clients in personal injury and auto accident cases and defending property owners from millions of dollars in liability.
He works on both plaintiffs and defendants sides and handles family law cases with the same strategic approach, treating them as seriously as a million-dollar case. When not working, Mike explores Florida’s natural beauty, enjoys ocean activities, and finds inspiration in helping clients navigate their legal challenges. His goal is to provide clients with expertise, a dedication to legal excellence, and a caring team. Together, they navigate the legal system and fight for the justice clients deserve.

Born in New York, he moved to Orlando for his high school and college education. It was during this time that he formed his friendship with Michael Singh, which has led to their joint ventures in both Kraken Law Group and Jotnar Media today. Currently, Joshua brings his creative flair to Kraken Law Group as their Marketing and Media Director, while also driving the creative direction of Jotnar Media. He’s passionately involved in the community, seeking to understand how legal services can best meet local needs. Outside his professional realm, Joshua is a fitness enthusiast, world explorer, and deeply values making lasting memories with his loved ones.
Born in Albania and raised in Orlando, Florida, Jola brings a diverse and rich background to our team. As a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Jola has cultivated a robust career in management and sales. Recently transitioning into the role of Operations Manager, she leverages her extensive experience to provide a fresh perspective and enhance our firm operations. Outside of work, Jola enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in various beach activities. Her love for the coastal lifestyle fuels a passion for balance and well-being, which she seamlessly integrates into her professional life, consistently striving to foster a harmonious and positive work environment.
Kathy Cruz is a passionate member of our team at Kraken Law Group. She began her career in cosmetology before transitioning to law in 2014. Kathy is a proud mother of two and an artist who loves creating images and crafting intricate resin pieces. Her resilience and proactive mindset, encapsulated in her motto about mindset, help her provide the best service to clients in need.
Nineth Miranda-Camacho serves as the Intake Manager, where she has been an indispensable part of our team since June 2022. Grisel Garcia, widely known as Gigi, hails from the enchanting island of Puerto Rico. At 16, she ventured to Orlando, Florida, a move that set her on a professional journey in customer service. Bringing over two decades of expertise to the table, Gigi’s career has spanned diverse industries such as hospitality and healthcare, where she has honed her customer service abilities.
